ضمن عرض سلام از حمایت معنوی جناب عالی از ملت آزربایجان جنوبی کمال تشکر و
قدردانی را داریم.
جناب راهرا باچر ، همانطوریکه می دانید ملت آزربایجان نزدیک به
200 سال است که تحت تاثیر کشورهای خارجی حاکمیت ملی خود را از دست داده و به دو
قسمت شمالی و جنوبی تقسیم شده است .
خوشبختانه قسمت شمالی آزربایجان نزدیک به 20
سال است که توانسته است استقلال حاکمیتی خود را بدست آورد اما قسمت جنوبی
آزربایجان با 35 میلیون جمعیت تحت سیطره رژیم ایران قرار دارد .
ملت آزربایجان جنوبی با مبارزات مدنی خود
همواره خواستار آزادی و استقلال آزربایجان جنوبی از ایران بوده اند .
جناب راهرا باچر ، ملت آزربایجان جنوبی روح
بلند معلم شهید آمریکایی " هاوارد باسکرویل " در زمان مشروطه را که
قهرمانانه همراه با ملت آزربایجان علیه حکومت مرکزی ایران جنگید را در شما حس می
کند .
در پایان بابت احساس مسولیت انسانیتان نسبت به
ملت آزربایجان جنوبی و نامه ای که به وزیر امور خارجه ایالات متحده آمریکا خانم
" هیلاری کلینتون " در مورد آزربایجان جنوبی نوشته اید بار دیگر تشکر می
کنیم .
ملت آزربایجان جنوبی کمکهای معنوی دوستان خود
را هرگز فراموش نخواهد کرد .

MR . congressman we are thankful and
do appreciate for you spiritual support of Azarbaijanians.
As you know Azarbaijan nation is
over two centuries that under the pressure of alien forces Azarbaijans have
lost their national governance and azarbaijan has been divided to 2 parts in
the names of north and south Azarbaijans .
Fortunatelly the north side of Azarbaijan
has been able to regain its own independency
since 1991 when the union soviet of socialist republics ( U.S.S.R ) was
resolved . But the south part of Azarbaijan on the south side of Araz river (
north west of Iran ) which includes 35 millions of Azarbaijanian population , are
the first and latest ones to suffer the Persian hegemony in any cases such as
economic situation , lack of studing in mother tongue , distraction
and falsifying identity by the ones running the persianizing hegemony , discriminative
civil rights and so on .
According to the history Azarbaijanians
on the south side have constantly inquired the freedom and independency of
their own via civil activities.
MR . congressman , 35 millions of Azarbijanians on the south side of Araz river including 9 millions the azarbaijanians
on the north part nowadays do feel with you the right wanting high soul of
" Haward Baskervil " the American martyrized teacher who boldly
fought shoulder to shoulder with Azarbaijanans against the central tyrannic
dictatorship of persians in favor of tyrannized Azarbaijanians on the south
part .
In the end we do thank you and would
like to remind you the appreciantion of Azarbaijanan people around the globe
for your sympathy and humanity feeling responsibilities .
Azarbaijan nation especificely Azarbaijanian
on the south side of Araz river ( in the north west
of Iran
) will never ever forget the spiritual supports of their friends on the path of
their long lived independency desire and reunited Azarbaijan
